The rules for using Muses while it's a prototype.
Muses is a paper-trading prototype that lets you trade a curated roster of music artists with virtual credits. Prices are derived from public streaming data (Spotify, YouTube). No real money is accepted, held, or paid out. Muses is not a regulated investment service and does not offer securities, derivatives, or any other financial instrument.
You should be at least 18 years old. The waitlist and the prototype are free to use. Your virtual balance, trades, and performance are stored locally in your browser and may be reset without notice as we iterate on the product.
Honestly? Not much. The prototype is provided as-is, without warranties. We'll try to keep it up, but price fetches can fail, data can be delayed, and the whole thing can go offline if a dependency breaks. Don't build anything you care about on top of it.
As the project evolves — especially if Muses ever moves from prototype to a real, regulated product — we'll update these terms with notice on the site. Until then: be cool, have fun, tell us what breaks.
